To charge:

-Unscrew the clip-end cap to reveal USB charging port

-Plug in any USB-C cable (not included) 

-1.5hrs for full charge

To operate:

-Carabiner clip attaches to keyring, backpack, etc.

-Press and hold power button on side of barrel

-Point in any open, safe area (NEVER point directly at eyes or moving vehicles)
